Equine Business

This business degree focuses on the development of professional management skills for the equine industry. This unique course has been designed for students who would like to pursue an exciting and rewarding management career in this dynamic sector.

A summer work placement in the equine industry after satisfactory completion of First Year is a compulsory element of the course. Placements are organised by the university in key equine industry subsectors.

Students also have the option of extending this degree to four years by taking a paid equine business work placement (organised by the university and subject to availability) in Third Year and completing the taught course in Fourth Year.
